Located on the Village Green in downtown Hamilton this completely renovated historic hotel has been pampering guests with small town hospitality for more than 80 years. 

Cooperstown was founded in the late 1700's by William Cooper. William Cooper was a judge, a member of Congress and encouraged numerous settlers to this area. His mansion, which burnt down many years ago, stood next to what is now the Baseball Hall of Fame and the grounds of the mansion are now a park.

Arriving in Otsego County on Route 20, you'll find a place where culture meets with applause and world class opera, national art exhibitions, theater and concerts. Here, past meets present, from hands-on history museums to baseball games, historic sites and New York State's first cuisine trail.

Ride into history and beautiful scenery. Built in 1869, visitors can experience what was once the primary form of transportation throughout the country - rail travel. Special train rides throughout the year.

September 15, 2018. A fun filled day with huge car, motorcycle and tractor show,softball tournament, parade, music all day with a variety of bands. Craft fair, BBQ, Mary Cleary Run/Walk, Cruisin' Kids Run and chili cook off.

The village was settled in 1861 when the construction of the Albany & Susquehanna Railroad started, a fashionable residential neighborhood developed along either side of Main Street. These properties are part of the Delanson Historic District and exhibit a variety of picturesque American architectural styles, including late Victorian.
